hamSTER is made for institutions of educations, i.e. universities or schools.

The data model itself is multitenancy, information across instituations are stored in centralized databases. Aspecets of federate usage on institution level depends on the operational use case

Attributes​

For identifying an instution the following attributes are avaiable:

  • Short name
  • Name
  • Icon

Hierarchy​

An instituion is divided into organisers.

Time boxing​

An institution is working on an individual schedule, i.g. semester

An institution is defining types of teaching and examination as a standard.
