Rooms
A room is identified its number, i.g. the label outside of the room used for navigation.
Rooms are assigned to organisers for representing availability.
Rooms are assigned to dates of any kind of activity.
Virtual Rooms
Personal equipement of members representing "virtual room", i.e. Zoom, Teams. Just an URL and a name.
Virtual rooms can be assigned by its owner to dates of activties.
Meeting points
Not implemented yet - no need.
